The "Peach Mat Construction" for diapers and brief type products, and the "Peach Pad Construction" for underpads and chux, uses a patented composite struction of tissues, superabsorbent polymers, cellulose and liquid dispersing materials. This composite structure enables the following:
- Fluid capacity: Tranquility incontinence products absorb exceptionally high levels of fluid and last longer between changes. The patented "Komfort Monitor" is a volume sensitve wetness indicator that helps avoid unnecessary changes.
- Fluid retention: with Tranquility, large volumes of fluid are retained and will not "squeeze out". Extra leakage protection is provided by "Kufguards," inner leg cuffs designed to channel fluids, especially bowel incontinence.
- Skin Dryness: rapid fluid absorption leaves skin dry
- Neutralization of Urine: urine PH is neutralized, creating a healthier skin environment
- Odor Elimination: urine neutralization and the reduction of bacteria reduces odors.
